Shipping policy

Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

- UK: 5-10 business days

- Australia: 5-10 business days

- Canada: 7-12 business days

- Europe: 7-12 business days

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Please note that we rely on third-party carriers, so occasional delays may happen due to holidays, customs, or courier disruptions.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

We are not responsible for lost packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. In such cases, we can assist by offering a one-time reshipment. Refunds are not issued for courier errors, customs delays, or delivery failures beyond our control.

ORDER ISSUES & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Kindly include clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Once confirmed, we offer a free replacement or store credit. Please note, refunds are not provided for damage-related cases or warehouse errors. By placing an order, you agree to accept either a reshipment or store credit as resolution for such issues.

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your results, we'll give you a refund within 30 days upon delivery and receipt of order.

To initiate a refund, please see the instructions below:

Email us with your order number and reason/s for refund. If the product is defective, kindly include in your email a photo or video showing the defective item. 

*If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address. 

We will issue an email confirmation once the refund has been approved and processed. Please note that the total refund amount does not include the shipping fee.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please contact us with the same email address as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. However, if your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item/s back from you and have processed them at our warehouse.
