Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at SKIN WIN . We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging, with all tags still attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Items marked as final sale

Underwear, socks, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards
-
Customized or personalized products
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@tryskinwin.com with your order number and the reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Items returned without prior contact may not be processed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will be notified by email about the status of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for faulty or wrongly shipped items.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@tryskinwin.com .

Include photos of the issue and your order number.

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible—either with a replacement or full refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or credit card statement.

Contact your payment provider—it may take time to process.
